Management policy

 

The basic principle of SPEC, S.A.U. as a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of time control, access control, production equipment, its commissioning, and maintenance, is to achieve the highest level of competitiveness and total customer satisfaction with products that meet the required quality, while working under the utmost environmental protection conditions.

To achieve this basic principle, Management establishes an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, based on the requirements of ISO 9001 “Quality Management Systems” and ISO 14001 “Environmental Management Systems”.

The Management Policy of SPEC, S.A.U. is based on the following commitments:

  • Comply with all requirements, whether legal, contractual, or otherwise, applicable to our activity, both in the performance of our processes and in the environmental scope of our activities.
  • Provide comprehensive service, investing in development, human resources, and knowledge of new technologies, to offer professional solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide a prompt and reliable response in all activities, from administrative to operational processes, to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all activities carried out in the company meet optimal conditions of environmental protection and pollution prevention, contributing to the proper management of waste.
  • Minimize the generation of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste and resource consumption, engaging in the search for possible alternatives less harmful to the environment.

GRUPO SPEC assumes its commitment to Information Security, committing to the proper management thereof, in order to offer all its stakeholders the greatest guarantees regarding the security of the information used.

Based on the above, Management establishes the following Information Security objectives:

  • Provide a framework to increase resilience capacity to provide an effective response.
  • Ensure quick and efficient recovery of services, against any physical disaster or contingency that could occur and endanger the continuity of operations.
  • Prevent Information Security incidents to the extent that it is technically and economically viable, as well as mitigate Information Security risks generated by our activities.
  • Guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and traceability of information.

 

Management has the authority and assumes responsibility for implementing this System in all its activities and directing all its steps towards Continuous Improvement, with the establishment and review of Quality and Environmental objectives and goals.
