Commitment in the Equality Plan
EXPRESS COMMITMENT TO GENDER EQUALITY IN EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS, ORGANIZATION, INTERNAL OPERATION, AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
SPEC, S.A.U. publicly declares its firm commitment to gender equality in the workplace, which has been materialized through the approval, subsequent implementation, and monitoring of the Equality Plan of the entity, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, on effective equality between women and men, and its development regulations.
In this regard, SPEC, S.A.U. develops active policies to achieve real and effective equality between both sexes, which are an essential part of our corporate values. This fundamental principle of our corporate culture applies to every sphere of labor relations, including job classification, selection and hiring, promotion, training, work-life balance, occupational safety and health, compensation policies, and any other aspect related to employment and occupation. Likewise, SPEC, S.A.U. has adopted a policy of internal and external communication based on inclusive language and imagery. It also has a Protocol for the prevention, detection, and action against sexual harassment, harassment due to sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity and/or expression.
