VISITOR REGISTRATION
VISIT CONTROL?
The goal of Visit control is to identify which visitors have entered or left the premises at any given time.
Basically, it records the name of the visitor, the company where they work, who they visited, the reason for the visit and the time the visit started and ended.
This service is intended for:
- All companies, from all sectors and sizes (from 25 to 50,000 employees).
- One or more head offices, centres or factories.
- Different security levels at access points.
It is compatible with:
- Time management.
- Access Control.
- Contractor management (CAE).
- Evacuation module.
- Connection to the SAP platform.
- Access control terminals, integrated or not, in access elements (barriers, turnstiles, etc.).
Be aware at all times of the location of visitors to your company
CONTROL MANAGEMENT
Employees can register their visitors in advance. They will have to identify and enter the personal details of the visitor into the system as well as the reason for the visit. This way, when the visitor arrives at the company, the receptionist only needs to check their identity and add any additional information, for example, the materials or packaging they bring into the company, and if necessary, allocate and give a card to grant access to certain areas within the company.
The receptionist can monitor, in real time, which visits are active and which ones have finished, simply by using the app’s control panel.
This control means that, in the event of an emergency, the visitor is accounted for in the evacuation protocols.
Lists of visitors from different time periods can be retrieved including all their details: visitor’s name, company, time of entry and exit and reason for visit. Even the additional information regarding materials/packaging that they bring into the company and the ones they take out, for example.
